Don’t pay more for your holiday accommodation - book direct with the owner!
January 15, 2018Nobody likes having to pay extra for their holiday. An increasing number of apartment listing sites on the internet charge a traveler’s fee of at least 6% with some charging much more than this.
We are are urging customers to swerve the fee by booking directly with us. Here are a few tips for finding your rental outside of the likes of AirBnB, Home Away, Owners Direct and Booking.com
- Use property names and descriptions to find owners contact details elsewhere online.
- Check the area of the property on google maps and find website details for owner. (eg. If you’re looking for our Penthouse Paulina if you put the keywords “Apartment Paulina” and “Okrug Gornji” into Maps our details will pop up)
- If you have booked using one of above sites then keep the owners details so if you return you can contact them direct - more than likely you’ll be offered a better rate too (we always offer a discount to customers that contact us directly)
So keep those tips in mind and if you or any of your family/friends ever want to avoid this fee you are always welcome to contact me directly to book. We always love to have a returning guest and would also like to offer a discount on any booking which you can extend to friends/family :)
