The Blue Cave, Vis Island, Croatia
February 23, 2019We have been visiting Croatia since 2003 and we’ve always talked about visiting the Blue Cave. We recently got around to taking a trip and boy it didn’t disappoint. We decided to pick up tickets when we got to Vis, one they were cheaper and two we didn’t have to pick a time and stick to it. At the harbour in Vis you will be able to buy tickets for the taxi boat (speed boat) to the cave where you take a smaller boat to go into the blue cave. Even though we went in September it was still very busy with boats queuing up to get in. You don’t stay very long in the cave but just enough time to take in it’s beauty. We highly recommend this trip and feel it is a MUST SEE spot when you visit this beautiful country. Price worked out at about €20 per person in total for return speed boat as well as boat and entry to the cave.
